We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to provide you hands-on experience in the fashion industry, developing creative marketing concepts, and producing engaging content for our digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Support– Responding to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Order Management– Handling order processing, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Product Knowledge– Provid detailed information about our products to customers.
• Customer Feedback– Gathering and communicating customer feedback to relevant departments.
• Data Management– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaboration– Maintain good relationship among inter departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Quality Assurance– Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Digital Marketing, Fashion, Communication Management or a related field.
• Should have minimum 2 Years’ Experience in the Marketing Field
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Excellent written and verbal communication/ organizational skills.
• Committed and a result oriented individual
