• Serves customers by helping them select products.
• Drives sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• Responds to customers’ questions.
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

Requirements

• Must be young, dynamic & target-driven.
• Age Between 19 – 30 years
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Clear communication & public relation skills
• The ability to converse in Sinhala, Tamil & English will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in retail will be a definite advantage.
